Jagan Government has come under defense after many lives were lost in Jangareddygudem of West Godavari district due to the consumption of spurious liquor. Jagan Government tried to showcase those deaths as natural deaths but failed.
TDP politburo member Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy has alleged that Chief Minister Jagan is selling fake liquor and adulterated liquor for making money and thereby is killing people.
He lamented that the CM is ignoring the loss of lives of the people and is only interested in making money.
“Jagan is making Rs 5,000 crore every year by selling substandard liquor and ruining people’s lives. All such companies belong to YSR Congress leaders, ministers and MPs only,” Somireddy alleged.
The former minister commented that the government should have destroyed the spurious liquor reserves before Twenty eight people died in Jangareddygudem.
Meanwhile, TDP is gearing up for state-wide protests against spurious liquor and J-Liquor for the next two days.
